Friday Fun Day "Simon Says"

Get a 45lb Bar and 35/25lb Dumbells

20 Minutes of 30 second intervals

Each person participating yells out an exercise and the group performs the exercise for 30 seconds straight. The first person to yell out an exercise is the movement that will be done. Once the 30 seconds is up, another person must yell out another exercise. Don’t repeat exercises because the entire group will have to do 30 seconds of burpees! Get creative with the movements!
