As owner of CrossFit East County, I want to reiterate one of the most important principles that I started my business with and that is to be and remain all inclusive. Everyone is welcome to share in my passion that is CrossFit. Since I started doing CrossFit two years ago this month, I have had the pleasure of affecting so many lives in such a positive way. Many of you I now call my friends. I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you all.

Just a quick response/addition to Paul’s message. I just wrapped up my first month with CFEC and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. All of the trainers have been extremely helpful, providing both instruction and encouragement.
One area that the CFEC team should be particularly proud of is the friendly/inclusive atmosphere of the gym and the people who workout there. In the 10+ years I was a member of an unnamed mega gym I can recall chatting with exactly zero people. At CFEC I’ve bounced around among quite a few different classes and have had multiple people introduce themselves to me in each class (some of them are so friendly they introduce themselves every time I see them).
Last month was a great investment and I’m looking forward to month number 2.
