Ed brought this to our attention, the event is being spearheaded by Brand X CrossFit in Ramona, we would like to help raise funds for this officer and his family and we need your help.

Shawns story: A few weeks back Deputy Shawn Webb, was diagnosed with “Glioblastoma Astro-cytoma”, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Since receiving the devastating news, the Plumas County Sheriff’s Employees and the local California Highway Patrol Office, along with the help of Shawn’s wife, Chrissy’s co-workers at Plumas District Hospital have come together to help.

Additionally, CrossFit Brand X member Jacob Cutting of the El Cajon PD was Shawn’s partner for many years. He has organized a Fundraiser for Shawn, and is reaching out to the CrossFit Community for support. Let’s give it our best and support Shawn and his family on July 18th.
We thank you for your support and participation.

The best part about that picture is that Paloma was the one asking “Mommy, can I pick up the weights, too?” She’s not a future CrossFitter, she IS a CrossFitter!
Julia, my dear, you are both CFEC’s present as well as it’s future…
I can envision Paul saying to Paloma, “put another 2.5# on there! Come on!”

I have a big debt to pay to Teshina…so if you see me washing her car or polishing her lifting shoes – you’ll know why. Teshina totally picked up the slack for my stubborn and over-eager ass. She did ALL of the power cleans as I failed miserably at attempting to get my bodyweight. Teshina – you are awesome! I owe you!
I got what you intend, regards for posting. Woh I am happy to find this website through google.
Appreciate it for helping out, excellent info.
