We saw this WO on CrossFit Santa Cruz’s web site and thought it would be a fitting WO this week since we focused on learning the Clean and Jerk.  We find it inspiring to see people of all fitness levels, fitness goals and over-all capabilities do this very complex and challenging move. It’s cool to see 15 or so people doing the Clean and Jerk all at once. To all who did so this week, your coaches thank you. Just this last time…..
