Partner Workout:

Each team of 2 must complete the following:

200m Farmer Walk with 2 53/35 KB

25 Goblet Squats at 50m, 100m, 150m with 1 53/35 KB

max pull ups

200m Farmer Walk with 2 53/35 KB

25 Goblet Squats at 50m, 100m, 150m with 1 53/35 KB

max push ups

While one team member is doing max pull ups the other team member is on the Goblet Squat/Farmer Walk, then switch.  Repeat for max push ups.

Post total time and total reps for team to comments.
