OK. So this was not everyone’s favorite workout. This does not mean it didn’t serve as a reminder of how far off we ALL are from achieving those all important fitness goals. So, work hard on the things we have yet to master and leave the things we are good at alone for awhile. Keep setting new limits and try to achieve those new limits.
