CFEC will be holding a new type of class Wednesday May 6th at 6:30pm. Flexibility & Balance are both important components of your CrossFit training and programming. There is a sign up sheet in the gym and feel free to bring along a friend or family member. This class will be free of charge. Please bring a yoga mat, a small hand towel and a large beach towel. heavy! power! bummed i’m gonna miss this one.
We’re experimenting with the combo of these two efforts to store and use in further workouts. We’ll try to see if the wattage changes with different preceding exercises. It definitly was a challenge to get the numbers up after a few sets of the back squats.
