Ok, after a holiday I see nothing ‘chipper’ about The Chipper….thank you sir, may I have another one! 😉
This morning class was doing this workout as it was posted originally. Half way through the workout I realized it was too much work for the allotted time. So, the next two classes today will do the scaled down version of this WOD.
