Here we have our latest rising star at CFEC. Alex started training with us around 5 years ago with her mother, Laura. She now has picked up her training as she prepares for her freshman year of high school athletics. Her sports are volleyball and soccer. All of her opponents better beware of this awesome athlete. We are lucky to have her train at CrossFit East County. Go get’em Alex.
