Coaching Tips:  Choose between these two workouts.  Your skill level will ultimately determine which of the 2 you should do.  If you want more of a challenge in the level 1 workout, add more weight to the thruster and the KB swing.  Lateral bar jumps are jumping over the bar as it's on the floor, from one side to the other.  A trip there and back makes for one rep.
