Coaching Tips: Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  Do the run, then you'll do the squats, double unders and Mt. climbers for 3 rounds, then run once again.  If you stop at any time during any of the 50 rep exercises, you must start all over again or you are not Rx'd. Substitution for double unders are 200 singles and they must be unbroken.

Congratulations to all those who worked hard and got their name on the January PR board.  It seems we have some double under rivals amongst us.  Who will be first on the February PR board and who's name might be knocked down from the Big Board???   Come to class and/or it could be you.
