Coaching Tips: Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level. Both of these workouts have a large work load that will challenge you as an athlete to get as much work done with minimum rest. The kettlebells are light enough that they can be done in a straight set if you're capable of doing them that way. Just chip away at the work and you'll be done before you know it.

To all those who took part in today’s workout, thank you for coming in and representing on Veteran’s Day. They were both challenging workouts, but “Badger” put a true hurtin’ on many.
