Partner Workout
In teams of two, complete the following:

AMRAP in 10 minutes
P1 10/6 Calories on Assault Bike + 5 Ground to Overhead  115#/75#
P2 Rest
* One person works at a time.  I go, you go style.
– Rest 3 minutes –
AMRAP in 10 minutes
P1   5 Pull Ups + 10 Push Ups + 15 Squats
P2 Rest
* One person works at a time.
– Rest 3 minutes –
AMRAP in 10 minutes
DB Box Step Overs  35#/25#  @ 20″
* One person works at a time.  Switch as desired.

* Buy Out – 10 Sled Pushes  90#/50#   At anytime during the working portion of the workout, (rest time not included) one person per team can push the sled.  Each team must complete 10 sled pushes.
Post rounds plus reps for each.
