300 Double Unders
50 Synchronized Deadlifts  275#/185#  (225# mixed couple)
100 GHD Sit Ups
125 Push Ups
800m Run (Must run together)

Level 2

Partner Workout
In teams of 2, complete the following:
3 Rounds
P1 Row 250m
P2 Holds bottom of Squat
* 3 rounds each.  If person stands from Squat Hold, partner must stop rowing.

P1 15 DB Push Press  50#/35#
P2 Handstand Hold
* 3 rounds each.  If person comes down from Handstand Hold, partner must stop doing DB Push Press.

3 Rounds
P1 20/15 Calories on Assault Bike
P2 GHD Hip Extension Hold
* 3 rounds each.  If person breaks the hip extension, partner must stop on the bike.
