P2 Max Reps of Double Unders
While P1 does Wall Ball, P2 gets as many D/U’s as possible.  Partners switch as desired. Stop once 150 Wall Ball is completed.

P1 Holds in Plank Position
P2 250 Sit Ups.
Switch out workload as desired.  Stop when 250 Sit Ups is completed.
