Tiffany, Dawn, Claire, Monica and Tina all in different phases of the burpe pull up.  This was the most challenging part of the "1775" workout we did on Tuesday.  We compared the workout with some athletes later in the day, who just did burpees instead of the added pull up after the burpee and, on average, they finished the workout 4 minutes faster than those having to do the pull ups.  It's just a different exercise with the pull up.  That much harder.
