Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes with this rep scheme: The 1st round, complete 1 rep of each exercise, the 2nd round, complete 2 reps of each, 3rd round, 3 reps of each, etc… for 20 minutes.  Post the number of the round completed plus the total reps of the round not completed.  For instance, if you completed 10 full rounds plus the pull-ups, deadlifts and 7 box jumps, your score would be 10 + 29.
