400m Med Ball Run

Post times.

Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level.  The 400m runs are to be completed while carrying the medicine ball, you may trade off as needed.  When performing the kettlebell swings, use your hips and legs to thrust the kettlebell up, not your arms to pull it up.  For the squats and sit-ups, each partner must perform a rep with the ball in order for it to equal 1 rep.  So for today, 2 is 1 on the squats and sit-ups.
