Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movement to match  your current fitness level.  Try to complete the Thrusters in as few sets as possible.  Every time you drop the bar, you must do 10 Burpees and run 400m before starting again on the Thrusters.  You may rest the bar in the racked position to catch your breath before trying to complete more thrusters.
