* For those who are participating in the workout “Teshina,” here are a few things to consider while riding the bike portion of the workout. There are only right hand turns and only one street intersection that may impede your progress, but other than that, it’s fairly simple. Please, obey ALL traffic signs. Please, stay to the far right of the bike lane. If you’re passing another rider, warn them by saying, “I’m on your left!” Wear a helmet and have fun!
