Beach Workout!
We will be holding our last Beach Workout this Saturday at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. at the same spot we used last time in Coronado (in front of the volleyball nets). Come join in on the fun, one last time this year. We will hang out afterwards if anyone wants to. Bring beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas to enjoy one last Summer fling!
Are there still workouts at the gym tomorrow?
