Coaching Tips:  Double unders are a true test of a skill under fire.  Hardly ever will you do double unders in a workout while you are totally fresh.  Learning how to stay relaxed while jumping is something that has to be practiced while doing double unders.  Focus on trying to remain calm while you do the double under workout.  Go all out during the second workout, as you'll have 3 minutes to recover from your effort.
