I haven’t been by in a long while (following a weightlifting program), but I did Vomit Comet with 95# today—14:42 (1:32 PR). The hardest part was actually the pull-ups. Saw the programming and had to take the oppurtunity to compare myself to a MetCon. Previously performed on April 18th, 2012 if anyone was wondering and wanted to compare your own times.
