Pushpress/Pushjerk- #65…put bar down with 6 to go.
Front Squat 145# (PR)
Push Press/Push Jerk 65# (15, 11-4)
PR on front squat at 80 (but the lame hip gave out on me after that)
Did all 30 of push press/push jerk at 45.
