1st Base – 15 Med Ball Cleans (M-20#/W-16#)
2nd Base – 10 Burpees
3rd Base – 20 KB Swings (M-53#/W-35#)
Home Plate – 15 Cal Row

Rules for Baseball= Every round ends with Calorie Row and that equals 1 run. Whichever team has the most runs after 20 minutes,wins.

We had another very large class this evening, 18 People. We ran the CrossFit Baseball a little different. A lot of teamwork and camaraderie! Great job everyone!
