Paul working towards proper form on the Deadlift. At the recent Level 2 certification seminar it was suggested that you should practice your max deadlift load twice a week. David attempting 325lbs.
I haven’t maxed DL for some 20 years, so today I did 350#. I think 400 is a possibility for this year.
Hmm is anyone else encountering problems with the pictures on this blog loading? I’m trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the sensible critique. Me and my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research about this. We got a grab a book from our area library but I think I learned more from this post. I’m very glad to see such fantastic info being shared freely out there.
