Here’s a sneak peek at the future site of CrossFit East County.  Next week will be the week when most of the equipment will be installed and the move of the existing equipment from the old gym over to this space will take place.  Thanks to all the members for showing patience during the past few months, as CFEC has experienced a HUGE growth spurt.  We will now be able to handle 40+ people in any given class with no problem.  Thanks, again.
