Teshina giving instruction on the DB Hang Clean. This movement requires a good deal of coordination. Instruction of these movements are a staple in our facility to ensure proper form and ability to perform it in a fatigued state.
We want you to know that we are studs and actually picked up the medicine ball and ran with it before we did our Thrusters!
