Row for calories
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.
Complete max reps in one minute at each station. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed
before repeating. Repeat for 3 Rounds.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of
"rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good
score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each
calorie is one point.
Add all points from each round and post totals to comments. (Compare to 3/20/09)

I’m glad you guys posted this…I’ve been wondering all day what to expect for tomorrow. Looking forward to cheering on the 8am class and then joining the 9am class. See you all then…hope we raise a lot of money and prayers for this family.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to take part in this fundraiser. Collectively, it was such an awesome display of a concerned community. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. The workout was jusy plain hard. For some it was their first time doing this workout. I hadn’t done it in over a year and a half, so it was a reaquaitance with an old friend. We raised over $2000 for the Rosas Family, which was very generous for those who gave into the fund. You people of CFEC are very special and the display of giving is only one of many great characteristics YOU all have as a group. Thanks again. Thank you Lisa, Julia, Jason, James, Mike, Newman Don,Tony P., Tony and Michelle for the effort it took to make the day special.
Thank you guys for the great encouragement and motivation. I had several moments today where I was choked up with the effort and determination everyone put forth for this very important cause.

Today was awesome! I kept the thought of Agent Rosas daughters and wife in my head the whole workout. I’m sorry if I seemed introverted today, but I had to keep to myself.
