Thank you to everyone that came to the Fundraiser yesterday. Thanks to your support we were able to raise over $2100.00 for the family of Robert Rosas.
What an incredibly generous and supportive community we have here at CrossFit East County. I am happy and proud to have each and every one of you as part of our CFEC Family. Every day that I am in the gym, I am not only impressed by all of your efforts in your workouts, but also by the way that each of you supports and encourages your fellow members. That was even more apparent during yesterdays' event. Each of you gave it your all during your workout, even though for some of you it was your first exposure to not only "Fight Gone Bad" but to CrossFit in general. Some of you came at 6:00 AM to workout then stayed until Noon to help support your fellow athletes, count their reps, cheer them on, and even to help clean up! If I forgot to tell you before you left, Thank You All So Much! Like the t-shirt Julia and Paloma gave me yesterday says, "Yeah, You Are Pretty Super!" LisaB

Yet again, the turnout and generosity I witnessed yesterday validates what a great family we are here at CFEC. I feel so very fortunate to be a part of this thing that has become so special to me and such a significant part of my life. Thanks to Paul and Lisa for driving the programming yesterday, and to Newman, Don, Chad, Kraig and Chris for driving my tired, old ass.
