Handstands are a great skill to practice each day…Find an empty wall in your house that you can kick up against and hold.  Work on incrementally increasing your static hold and getting comfortable upside down. Remember to stretch your wrists well before! Once you’ve mastered kicking up against the wall and you’re feeling spunky you can try doing one in the middle of the floor.  Then it’s time to start walking around! (Hint: this move might help you in a few other fumdamental CrossFit exercises)
