Coaching Tips:  First workout, you'll have 2 minutes to get as many double unders as possible.  When those 2 minutes are up, move on to the L-Sit holds for 30 seconds.  If you fail to hold for 30 seconds, start back where you left off, time wise, until you reach 30 seconds.  There will be a running clock to keep in consideration when moving from D/U's to L-Sits.
