Coaching Tips:  The power clean to hang squat clean will equal one rep.  The first sets of triple should be at a load that can be handled without setting the bar down.  As you progress to the heavier loads and fewer reps, the pattern of movement should be somewhat ingrained and easier to perform as a combo.  Workout number 2 is short in duration so keep the pace as high as possible.  Don't fall into the temptation of allowing the run to be your recovery period.  Turn those feet over as quickly as possible. Finnally, go for a max set of pull ups. 

It's nice not having to run up hill for our 400m runs anymore. Although, from the look on these faces, the new route isn't very special either.
