Level 1
Partner Workout
In teams of two, complete the following:
4 Rounds
P1   400m Run
P2   AMRAP of 3 Wall Ball  20#/14#, 5 Box Jumps  20″, 3 Burpees
P2 goes for as long as P1 is running.  If P1 finishes the run while P2 is still working, P1 has to wait until a complete round is completed.  Run must be completed within 3 minute time limit.
Post team rounds completed.

 

 

 

 

 

Level 2
Complete this 1 through 5 rep ladder 3 times.  You must increase load after each completion of the ladder.  Must be done in “Bear Complex” style.  Bar cannot be rested on the ground during the ladder.
Deadlift
Hang Power Clean
Front Rack Lunge (Right)
Front Rack Lunge (Left)
Front Squat
Thruster
Post Rx’d or not and load.
