Find your 3 rep max for:

Back Squat

Press

Deadlift

Post loads for each and total.

Coaching Tips: There is a 15 minute time limit for each movement.  This will include warm ups.  Make sure you spend your time wisely, by warming up thoroughly prior to any 3 rep max lifts.  The most time warming up will need to be spent on the back squats and deadlifts.  There will not need to be as extensive a warm up for the press.  You can have as many attempts at the 3 RM as needed.
