PLEASE NOTE – CrossFit Kids has now been split into 2 classes according to age group…the 11am class is ages 5-7 and the 12pm class is ages 8-12.  Thanks everyone who joined us today, the kids were great and we have more fun stuff planned for Thursday.  See you then!
